When Resolve is greater than 75%, hold
Basic Attack to consume Resolve and activate Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified. When Seth hits an enemy with a Finishing Move from Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified or with an Assist Follow-Up: Public Security Ruling, it will trigger a Quick Assist for the previous squad member and provide Shield of Firm Resolve for that squad member. A squad member with Shield of Firm Resolve has their Anomaly Proficiency increased.
When Resolve is greater than 75%, hold
Basic Attack to consume Resolve and activate Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified.
