Yum Cha Sin is a Shop run by Sweety, Lee, and their boss in Failume Heights. It functions as a Commissions board, and a place to submit various items gotten or crafted through Suibian Temple Restoration.

Yum Cha Sin posts Neighborhood Wishes written down by residents:
- Neighborhood Wishes include Occurrence Commissions and Order Commissions.
- Complete Event Commissions and Order Commissions to obtain Wishletters required to level up the temple, as well as Cloud Crests, Omnicoins, and other important items.

After Suibian Temple reaches Lv. 20, Regular Procurement at Yum Cha Sin is unlocked.
Regular Procurement contains periodically refreshed Order Commissions. Completing Order Commissions in Regular Procurement will earn you Omnicoins needed to redeem items at Devon Pawnshop.
There is a limit to the amount of Omnicoins that can be earned within the same period. The limit resets every 7 days.

Etymology
- Yum Cha Sin (Cantonese: 飲茶仙 jam2 caa4 sin1) means "Tea-Drinking Immortal."
- It is homophonous with the Cantonese phrase 飲茶先 jam2 caa4 sin1, "Drink some tea first", which was popularized by the Cantonese meme 三點幾哩,飲茶先啦 Saam1 dim2 gei2 lei1 jam2 caa4 sin1 la1, "It's three o'clock, grab yourself some tea first".
